The candidate must have 2 years of prior Meat Market experience in the retail grocery industry.
As Meat Market Manager you will be responsible for managing department operations,achieving sales and profitability goals; while maintaining top notch customer service throughout the Market.
This position will also include developing, training and retention of employees, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Market Managers are responsible for safety and training as well as making sure all equipment is maintained and properly serviced.
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
The candidate should have a friendly personality and be able to greet our customers and respond to their questions and requests with a courteous, fast, and helpful response.
